Never book anything with @eDreams. When they make a mistake that causes you having to spend more money they don’t deal with it. They are an absolute scam. Horrible experience with them. Avoid at all costs.

@eDreams I won't stop until you reply. On the phone you said we need to deal with the airline when this is obviously your fault. Booking a new flight is double the amount now so you should be paying for that, not me.

@travelgenio cómo podéis tener tanta cara?! Exijo que nos pongáis en el mismo vuelo tal y como fue comprado ya que esto es un error vuestro. Obviamente después de esto nunca más con vosotros. Pienso llevar esto a la OCU como no se solucione.

@travelgenio mi pareja y yo compramos hace meses billetes Londres-Cancún con escala en Montreal. A 2 semanas de volar y sin avisar, vemos que nos habéis separado en dos vuelos diferentes. X pedir que nos pongáis en el mismo vuelo pedís €60! Cuando lo normal es ir ya juntos!

@CGEspLondres habéis puesto que hay nuevas fechas publicadas para renovar pasaporte, sin embargo todas las fechas en los siguientes meses dicen que está cerrado o no disponible. Quiere decir esto que ya no hay fechas?

@British_Airways I’m trying to use an e-voucher but it won’t work online. The other option given is to call you to a pay number which is quite outrageous. I would like to make use of my voucher but you are not making it easy... Hopefully you can help me over here. Thanks
