The High Court quashed all Notices and proceedings. The matter was remanded for a fresh hearing after giving an opportunity of hearing and deciding the issues.
The question of police action and human rights violations is kept open.

इन #Dayalbagh की शादियों में,आप पूछेंगे अमीर-ग़रीब की दूरी कैसे कम होती है?

#Dayalbagh के सतसंगियों में वैसे तो तन, मन और आध्यात्म से धनी हैं, पर आर्थिक रूप से कुछ अमीर हैं, कुछ मिडिल क्लास हैं और कुछ गरीब हैं।

शादियों में इस आर्थिक दूरी का प्रभाव मिटाने के लिए, जिससे किसी पर यह सामाजिक दबाव ना हो कि उसे अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति से ज़्यादा खर्च करना पड़े, हमारे यहाँ शादी के समारोह के नियम बड़े सरल हैं।

- स��ाई और शादी, खेतों में सुबह
- कई जोड़ों की एक साथ शादी होती है
- अमीर-गरीब, कोई फ़र्क़ नहीं पड़ता
- कास्ट-वास्ट, अब यह क्या होता है?
- नार्थ-साउथ, कोई परवाह नहीं

कुछ मुख्य नियम:
- लड़के वाले, 18,000 तक का खर्च
- लड़की वाले, 18,000 तक का खर्च
- शादी के पहले, तीन ��ेशन काउंसलिंग लड़के, लड़की और माता-पिता की
- शगुन/ गिफ्ट ग्यारह रुपये से ज़्यादा नहीं
- शादी का लंच 15 रुपये प्लेट
- केवल सौ अथिति, पैंसठ लड़की वालों के, पैंतीस लड़के वालों के (यह थोड़ा कठिन है)
- पूड़ी, दो सब्ज़ी, रायता, सलाद और मीठा
- वॉलंटियर्स ख़ाना बनाते और परोसते हैं
- दहेज तो चांस ही नहीं, भनक भी पड़ी तो ख़ैर नहीं

ना माँ-पिता को दिक़्क़त, ना अथिति को टेंशन, ना व्यवस्था की परेशानी।आ के #Dayalbagh में घर ���लॉट कराओ, दर्शन पाओ, खेतों में सेवा करो, नाचो-गाओ, ख़ुशी बनाओ! और क्या चाहिए शादी में?

जीवन इतना सरल हो, तो दूसरे की सम्पत्ति पर नज़र डालने की इच्छा भी नहीं होएगी!

There is no Casteism in Dayalbagh too.

And you Bulldozed and Desecrated His Samadhi (a small token remembrance surrounding a tree) in #Dayalbagh. Inspite of the sacrilegious act and provocation, the Satsangis maintained their non-violence. A similar act against anyone else would have led to extreme violence.

As Jesus prayed when crucified, “Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do”.

I would pray further, “Forgive them Father, even if they knew what they were doing”.
