@NeffAppliances so my engineer phoned in sick this morning (hope he gets well soon) NEFF ring me at 7:15am to tell me this for an appointment scheduled between 12noon-17:00hrs .. who else rings customers at 7:15am??? Seriously?? And reschedule for a full week n a half later..!

@OfficialFV your Bristol store at Cribbs Causeway the staff are very rude. They do not answer the phone and it rings and rings and no one will pick up and then when they do answer the phone they hang up. Dreadful customer service shocking!!!

@smegrangecooker really disappointed my range cooker only 6 years old and just out of warranty.. no longer working 😟.. costly repairs… given how much I paid I expected 10years plus from it….disappointing
