@WaveConnects It is sad to see that a customer has to call and disconnect a service that was never connected in the first place and @WaveConnects is making me pay 236 dollars for their incompetence and lack of seeing if a service used even 1kB of data and unable to fix after sending 2 techs.

Day 1 - Connected, Wave Internet works for 10min then stops, Day3 and 4 - Two Technicians come in and still does not work(I don't get paid for not working), Day 4 - I switch to Comcast, Day 100 or so - I get a collection notice of 236 dollars for a dead service

Day 162 - Get a call from Wave that says that it's my fault for not disconnecting a service that never worked in the first place and they will escalate to the supervisor, but the balance will not be waived and will get back in 24 hours.
