Very painful journey on @LeShuttle today. Booked on a 12:36 departure, we finally left at 14:55 due to “a reduction in trains”. For about two hours our departure was “imminent”. Communication woeful, staff clueless. Not good enough LeShuttle, would have been quicker on ferry!
