My SpiceJet flight SG 615 PNR: UIYJ8K from Bengaluru to Varanasi scheduled for 30 October 2026 was cancelled by SpiceJet. I was informed about the cancellation but I am still waiting for my refund. I have already contacted SpiceJet Customer Care and sent emails regarding the refund but I have not received any proper response about when my money will be refunded. I have also tried calling customer care multiple times but I am not getting a proper response. It is very frustrating to keep following up for a refund for a flight that was cancelled by the airline itself.

Please look into this matter and confirm the refund amount and expected refund date at the earliest. I request SpiceJet and the concerned authorities to resolve this issue without any further delay.

I received a message on 30 September that my flight had been cancelled.

I booked the flight through @HappyFaresindia , and they informed me that my refund request is currently pending verification from the airline.
