.@airtelindia This is outright pathetic service. Full payment for Airtel Xstream Fiber was taken 4 days ago, equipment has been dumped at my place, partial wiring done, and since then there has been complete negligence. No installation, no connection, no accountability .
Gas cylinder not delivered and the problem is REAL.Toll-free number not connecting and there is NO way to even register a complaint.
Customers r being left helpless without basic support.

Parcel marked “Delivered” 6 days ago by India Post, but I haven’t received anything yet.
Complaint raised 3 days back, still no response or resolution.This is unacceptable.

@Flipkart@ICICIBank@Flipkart This is beyond frustrating now. My order was first promised on 16th Oct, then shifted to 18th Oct,nd now there’s no update at all.This level of service is unacceptable. You run big sales but can’t even ensure deliveries on time.Stop making customers suffer like this.

No agent connects,no resolution,only false promises.Strict action is needed so that buyers aren’t harassed like this during festive sales.
@flipkartsupport I’m trying to reach your Help Centre, but it’s impossible to get connected to an agent. The system keeps looping for the chatbot. This is extremely frustrating, especially as a Flipkart Black member expecting timely support.
