As the modern workforce moves toward increased flexibility and digital banking ensures round-the-clock service, the transition to a 5-day workweek for bank employees is a necessary step toward equity. With the IBA’s agreement already secured and the understanding signed, we call upon the Government to finalise the process without further delay. We expect the terms of the settlement to be upheld and implemented immediately.
