urge the Education Ministers of Rajasthan and India, District Collectors/DMs across Rajasthan, and education authorities to investigate alleged violations in private schools.

🚨 Serious concerns that demand answers:

• Schools conducting classes/PTM's on Sundays, depriving children and teachers of their weekly rest.
• Schools allegedly ignoring prescribed curriculum and academic guidelines.
• Teachers reportedly denied proper leave, weekly rest and fair working conditions.
• Concerns regarding non-provision of eligible Provident Fund (PF), leave encashment and other statutory benefits.
• Possible violations of applicable labour laws and employment regulations.

Are private schools above the law, or is anyone checking their compliance?

Teachers educate our future generations, yet some may be working under conditions that deserve urgent scrutiny. Children also need time for rest, recreation and a healthy childhood.

I demand transparent inspections, verification of PF compliance, investigation of leave and salary policies, and strict action wherever violations are established.

Education is a responsibility, not a licence to exploit teachers or burden children.

Since when have Sunday classes become normal? Who is accountable?
