Today, during our Exco meeting, we hosted the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja, who came to Benue State for an official function.

After presenting our security challenges, including the outcomes of my prior discussions with him in Abuja a few days ago, the Chief of Army Staff reassured us that help is on the way as soon as next week as part of our strategy in returning the IDPs to their ancestral homes.
