@JediMaster941 I’m sugar/dairy/lactose/gluten/nightshade veg and basically everything-free apart from plain meat/veg/salad and it shocks me how little “normal” food people eat...then people ask me how can I eat what i do? Well humans managed quite well before we processed it all!!

@MatthewCairns5 For what it’s worth, I have a friend whose a French doctor and he says they often treat AS fatigue with adderall, but in the US, that’s its own beast.

@myasdiary1 Many people with #as also struggle with #crohns #ibs or similar. Not sure if you’ve tried giving up dairy and wheat. But these provided a ton of relief to my stomach after a few weeks off them. Also, I started taking 80+ billion probiotics, and after yrs of diarrhea it ended!
