@TheRestlessQuil I have never seen my paternal grandmother cook. Her contribution to kitchen was to appear at meal times, dressed to impress ( spotless mundu veshti, choker with green stone pendant and perfectly tied hair). Cooking was always someone else's job.

@archonline I dont think there is an English name. Koorkka is technically called " chinese potato". Also, you find koorkka at the neighbourhood Mangalore stores or vegetable shops that sell items from Kerala( Kappa, Nendhrapazam kinds)

@ramkid Bordertown. Wonderful visuals and great cast. I could not get over how the entire series is a a gradation of colours ranging from black to grey and brown. Hardly any bright colours. Adds to the feel.
