#ATS2019 Critical Care 2.0 - talking about how we can turn every patient episode into a learning event that drives improvement in clinical care. This is 100%the way forward, we just need to figure out how to deliver it IRL. Cannot be an insurmountable challenge.

@iwashyna Agree with @DeenaKCosta baseline ICU staffing = good. There are many implementation research questions (? how often was staffing met ? how were acuity tools used ? was ward RN staffing impacted by mandate…) that would add additional dimensions to this important analysis.
