Na spravedlnost není nikdy pozdě! Navyšujeme důchody bojovníkům za svobodu a prominentům komunistického režimu jako byli členové vedení KSČ nebo StB naopak penze snižujeme.

Celkem 430 osobám z řad disidentů se zvýšil starobní důchod. Průměrné zvýšení je 4 400 Kč měsíčně. Naopak 177 představitelům komunistického režimu se důchody snížily. V těchto případech je to průměrně o 1 473 Kč měsíčně a nejvyšší snížení činí 7 075 Kč měsíčně.

Na výběru jednotlivých osob jsme spolupracovali s @ustr_cr. Dobro stejně tak jako zlo není nikdy anonymní a má svou jasnou tvář. Děkuji za pomoc při přípravě této změny.

Účastníci boje proti totalitě mají navíc vždy nárok na starobní důchod při dosažení důchodového věku, i když nesplní podmínku potřebné doby pojištění např. kvůli dlouhé době věznění, které jim to neumožnilo. Zároveň mají nárok na důchod ve výši odpovídající minimálně průměrnému starobnímu důchodu a v blízké budoucnosti by mělo také dojít k odškodnění osob, které byly nuceny k emigraci v rámci tzv. akce Asanace.

Nikdy už je sice nemůžeme zcela odškodnit za vše, co se jim stalo, ale je to důležité symbolické vyrovnání se s minulostí a jasný důkaz toho, že spravedlnost nakonec vždy zvítězí.

@MJureka Je skvelé, že ste po vzore Slovenska a európskych krajín legislatívne upravili túto tému aj v ČR a tak pomohli veteránom protikomunistického odboja. Držím palce aj aj pri znižovaní dôchodkov ŠtB, aby ste aspoň symbolicky učinili vyrovnanie sa s komunistickou minulosťou.
