@SkyHelpTeam hello is there any issues with sky+ hd atm as I have turned it on and it states it’s initialising so I turned off via the plug and it’s still saying same thing but it’s been like this for 30mins and it never normally takes this long

@LloydsBank Thank you for clarifying, yeah my brother has contacted Halifax, they asked the fraudster to confirm the address on the acc and something else and passed security with the fraudster on that and then made 2 payments for the fraudster
@LloydsBank hello I wanted to check if someone was to call in to make a FP to a new payee would you action a security call back to a number on file to make sure all genuine?As my brother banks with halifax and they didn’t do that resulting in 2 fraudulent fp’s debiting his acc
@CastlePointBC hello I am not sure who to speak to but today I slipped and fell in the benfleet school lane car park going down the metal staircase. My ankle is swollen and painful also my back is sore. Those stairs have always been dangerous when there has been rain or ice.
@c2c_Rail hello my mum has booked tickets via the app for her smartcard, but she has realised she has booked the wrong dates. How would she go about resolving this? Would she need to get a refund? Or is there a way to amend the dates on the current tickets?thanks Annabel
