Due to the ongoing water supply issues in Morecambe, in partnership with the emergency services we'll be out and about door knocking tonight in some of the areas most affected.
If you see our teams out and about and need any support, please speak to us.
We've been advised by @UnitedUtilities that due to the impact of the freeze and subsequent thaw, homes in Morecambe will be without mains water for the next 24 hours.
Bottled water stations have been set up and the locations can be found 👉 https://t.co/L4fYNGbix8
The Timeline app is planned for launch in February! We have some great organisations who will be trialling for us including police and victim services.
The amazing video I’m sharing says everything (and more) I feel and believe about why some people are prepared to die rather than admit to struggling 💜
@Harmony_Ninja Always important to remind people that people in addiction and recovery are us, our brothers, sisters, friends, parents, neighbours and colleagues and we all have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and how important hope is in encouraging recovery
A man wanting to jump off a bridge in London was talked down by strangers who held him for an hour until help arrived. Look at that grip. Look at the care, compassion, selflessness, and determination shown by strangers to a hurting human being.
We need more of this in the world.
We're very excited to see all the activity taking place across this week around #WorldHepatitisDay on Thursday.
Thanks to the amazing partnership working we will #LeaveNoOneBehind in the journey to elimination.
@HeadteacherJohn Yes I have often experienced that. It’s like people think you cannot travel anywhere without a car. Just shows how addictive they can be. I still want to learn to drive one soon but I am very glad I know what it is to live without one 👍
Thank you for your service and for being an inspirational leader.
The impact of one person recovering has a positive effect on so many lives. We thank you.
