You know what we all need? More boats.
So on July 1, we're giving you more boats. We're relaunching our ferry service with more weekday trips than we've ever offered before.
We're going to have 1⃣3⃣6⃣ daily transbay trips on weekdays, 30%⬆️than pre-pandemic levels.

OAKLAND: we previously had 1 direct trip between Oakland and San Francisco during the peak commute. With our redesigned Oakland & Alameda route, we'll have 8.
It's a convenient 25-minute boat ride from The Town to The City for $4.50 each way with Clipper.
A year ago, with an incredible team, I led a process to help @ridespin re-think their equity strategies with people's lived experience at the center. If you want to hear about what we learned tune in to @hikaycheng and I tomorrow at #cityoftomorrow https://t.co/U6RGYsELa4
Gehl’s impact assessment for @knightfdn documents how public spaces foster more equitable access and community resilience by putting residents first — before and during the pandemic. Learn more: https://t.co/AXJcR3PCbm #citiesforpeople#knightfdn

Missing middle housing - fourplexes, townhouses, etc - is great for most places. However, in places like Palo Alto, where land is north of $20 million an acre, it's time to look at Missing Large Housing, specifically, ways to build, plan, & finance big buildings cheaper. 1/
There is more to mobility equity than discounts. Gehl helped rethink @ridespin's access program from a people-first perspective with an amazing team. Over the last year they've implementing it! Thrilled to share our process in a snappy new website! https://t.co/k8dZSWAzI9
Today we launch #NYC25x25, a challenge to New York City's next leaders to take back 25% of our street space from cars by 2025.
As we recover from the pandemic, we must create a more equitable, safe, & resilient city for generations to come.

Public spaces need to design for the reality of homelessness, not ignore it. That's why we worked with @SPUR_Urbanist to develop a toolkit that makes public spaces safer and more inclusive for all. https://t.co/umFJnRfxag
We opt to lead with compassion. Instead of waiting around for new resources to help those experiencing homelessness, we are trying something new.
We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Social Services Partnerships.

These are good. I'll add an 8th: Ferrell/GM shoulda cited our paper "Effectiveness of incentives on electric vehicle adoption in Norway" in the ad, and then followed up with an ad detailing the policies that we should adopt here: https://t.co/NoJ65BnFSF
The EVs that are available in Norway are basically the sames ones available here: Audis, Teslas, Nissans, etc. It's just they made a choice to tax gas cars and not tax EVs, build charging stations, and do other stuff to support EVs, and we...didn't. https://t.co/07qNgj7U7m
