The last thing I wrote (actually it's more like the first, starting this from my MSc thesis) is out in Economia&Lavoro! it's about #immigrants in #labourmarket and their impact on Italian natives' wages: https://t.co/HFRH0aFINx
Thanks to @tomfratti for supervising in thesis times
Spent two insightful days in Utrecht surrounded by great scholars working on the LGBQTIA* population. Had the chance to discuss preliminary findings from our research work (w/ @agnevitali):
"Sexual Identities Development:
Heterogenous Paths among LGB People living in Europe"
📌I am excited to announce that the second article from my PhD research, co-authored with Katia Pilati, is out @JITP_APSA. To know more about how LGBTQIA* organizations located in Milan and Madrid interacted online during the last decade, check it out!
📌The very first article from my PhD research is free of access for the whole month: https://t.co/mwIyOVM1fq
Super excited to be part of this amazing special issue of @JournalWPP on intersectional feminist activism! Check it out!
📣📝 Are cohabiting same-sex couples more inclined to marry than different-sex ones? Our new paper (w/ @agnevitali & @CCortinaTrilla) address this question by comparing marriage transitions for cohabiting same-sex couples vs. different-sex in Spain. (1/4) https://t.co/r53DRIKiWC
Using data from the Spanish Fertility Survey (INE, 2018), we disprove the idea that cohabiting same-sex couples have higher incentives for marriage. Results indicate, overall, a lower (or equal) risk of transition compared to different-sex couples. (4/4)
Yet, limited evidence exists on the issue, especially regarding the cohabitation-to-marriage transitions in same-sex couples. Our study specifically targets cohabiting couples, enabling us to better explore differences (and motivations) in marriage transitions. (3/4)
