Delighted to share my first Co-first-authorship paper published in @NatureComms!
It’s the result of amazing teamwork especially with @t_n_kohler and @JoachimDeJonghe over the past years. Thank you both for this great collaboration and everyone else involved!
Now out in @NatureComms! 🤩 "Plakoglobin is a mechanoresponsive regulator of naive pluripotency"
I can't express how excited I am to see it published!
I think I now have more questions than answers, but I guess that's good when doing science! 😇

I am very excited to share our latest work published in @CellStemCell! We propose the marmoset as a non-human primate model of shallow implantation and have derived trophoblast stem cells that match peri- and postimplantation trophoblast.

Another fascinating example of combining high throughput microfluidics and single cell profiling. Congratulations to @JoachimDeJonghe and @T_S_Kaminski!
I’m honored to have been involved in this study and can’t wait to see what you are going to do next!
Happy to share the spinDrop manuscript out in Nature Communications! We use droplet sorting to remove noise in high-throughput single-cell datasets, go check it out ⤵️

Congratulations Dr @A_Weberling on being elected for this amazing Fellowship! I can’t wait to see the amazing research you’re planning and to continue our collaboration in the next years!
Congratulations to @Cl_munger, @erin_slatery and @t_n_kohler for this new publication. It’s so exciting to see the agarose microgel system being used in different species and gaining new insight into embryonic development.
Very excited to see my first first-author paper published in @Development! We combined microfluidics and stem cell based-embryo models to define the signaling pathways regulating amnion specification in primates. 🧵1/6

Delighted to see our work come out in @Dev_journal
We identify 15 essential factors for human trophoblast stem cell self-renewal!
Congratulations to the team

Congratulations @JoachimDeJonghe for this amazing publication in @NatureBiotech! I’m very keen to see the data that will be generated with VASA-seq and I can’t wait to get more involved and use it myself.
I am thrilled to share that my first author publication: "High-throughput total RNA sequencing in single cells using VASA-seq" is out in in Nature Biotechnology. This is the fruit of many years of hard work during my PhD @Cambridge_Uni!
