Our International Collective Action Conference in Basel 🇨🇭 on 24–25 June has an incredible line-up, featuring leaders from across business, government, civil society and multilateral organisations. Check out who's who in the draft agenda 👇
Should governments actively incentivise companies to implement anti-corruption measures?
Yes, says a @UN Resolution passed at #CoSP10.
Governments should provide robust incentives for the private sector to "adopt integrity measures, including codes of conduct” and to “implement robust internal governance and risk management systems”.
It sounds like a no-brainer, but actually developing incentives that work in practice will need serious engagement by governments with the private sector and civil society.
That's where Collective Action initiatives can come in.

Well said. Cooperation is key to solving global challenges, including corruption. And so is breaking down silos between public and private sectors and civil society.
Collective Action fosters trust between stakeholders needed for sustained and effective collaboration.
I have come to the BRICS Summit with a simple message: in a fracturing world overwhelmed by crises, there is simply no alternative to cooperation.
As we move towards a multipolar world, we must urgently restore trust & reinvigorate multilateralism for the 21st century.
