@MacFarlaneNews I can’t believe the comments here🙄 The security measures taken after 9/11 at the Capitol didn’t even stop the Jan 6th insurrection. This stupid fence is keeping out families, tourists, commuters who use it daily. I am thrilled for it to come down!

@sfpelosi I hate this is being politicized💔 the new fence and national guard didn’t do anything to stop this attack. What did, was the original security and bravery of @CapitolPolice who guard it everyday
