March 25 was #saytheirname day. And today our son Ned would have been 4 years, 5 months. It still feels like yesterday that I was holding him in the hospital. We miss him every day.
Terrific to be back at MLS today for the @cccs Recent Developments Symposium, and to speak about the factual issues in Vanderstock. Thank you @Adrienne_Stone1 for a terrific day!
Registrations are open for CCCS' one-day Recent Developments Symposium on NZYQ, Vanderstock and constitutional change with @CherylSaunders1, the Hon. Susan Kenny, @s_m_stephenson,@mcrommelin1 and more. #auscon Registrations are open here: https://t.co/HUS5ntTHfX 👇👇👇
Delighted and surprised to see my book, Proportionality and Facts in Constitutional Adjudication, nominated for the 2023 Book of the Year prize by the International Forum on the Future of Constitutionalism. And deeply honoured to be amongst some leading lights in the field!
What a thrill that this book is now out with Hart Publishing! When I was on maternity leave the first time Joe and I had coffee in Melbourne and discovered our shared interest in all things facts and public law.

Thank you to all our fabulous contributors for engaging with this topic, and to everyone who helped the workshop and book come together (including the @AcadSocSci, @Adrienne_Stone1, @CCCSMelbourne, @hartpublishing and Lord Carnwath).
