@MumbaiPolice why not give permit for just 1 route to reach the azad maidan for the maratha agitation? We did not take the freeway and came via atal setu. Colaba exit is closed. There were bikes on the bridge. N we are stuck in traffic at the sewri exit. So much disruption.

@MTPHereToHelp Given the presence of two major hospitals on that route it's surprising that the traffic signal timing hasn't been revised to facilitate smoother traffic over the years.

I called the Customer care again and they adviced me to lodge a complaint and this is the second time i am doing this in this week with no resolution in sight. I am not able to apply for a new fastag due to the same

I connected with the CR team of SBI fastag wherein they confirmed that the fastag is still active and to surrender the tag via the portal. I went to the portal to do the same and found did not find any pending tags against my vehicle.
