RIDICULOUS claim from Tom FitzPatrick in EDP the reality is (for example), that the B1150 North Walsham junction of NDR to Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) is currently 7.8 Miles, using the ring road on blue lights.. BUT using the Western Link it would be 18.6 miles

How true. There is no overwhelming business case for this road. Saving a few minutes in travel time can hardly justify the widespread devastation of wildlife and protected countryside. Please lobby your local MP/councillor to register your concern.

@TheTreeCouncil @DefraGovUK @Forest_Research @FeraScience @ForestryComm Unfortunately one of the recipients (Norfolk County Council) seems intent on destroying OUR woodland to build the Norwich Western Link road. They are also incapable of looking after the trees that were planted when they built the Nothern Distibutor Road, most have already died.
