@AdreannaMartel At the beginning of the semester I wrote down all the dates for the quizzes in my calendar but I wrote down the day they’re due so I just know I have to get them done before them, never even really know when they open to be honest
@Carolin84216534 Definitely the twitter component. I felt like I could just do it whenever I had the time, before bed or on the bus and it was a really nice change of pace from regular class structures
@AnnefleurH_ I’ve had moments where I deleted Instagram, Snapchat and twitter from my phone in the past but it only ever lasted max 2 days because I felt so disconnected
@AnnaGyorgy3 I feel like tone of voice and facial expressions in person have a tendency to make things more aggravated and hostile, however people tend to feel more bold to say whatever they want when they’re behind a screen
@christi01004051 I definitely like this format better as opposed to my science classes that are just based on a midterm and a final, soooometimes quizzes.
@AdreannaMartel I definitely think Twitter was the best option since it’s mainly text based as opposed to image or videos like Instagram or tiktok. I can’t imagine having to make tiktoks for class lol
@erinwalker1608 My parents never showed me any Disney movies as a kid and to this day I’ve only seen a handful of them and they’re really not my favourite
@AdreannaMartel Kinda knew it would be online but reading that official announcement was really sad lol. I only want to go back though once it’s completely safe
I feel the biggest issue with the Disney movies, especially the Disney princesses, is that it teaches young girls that you need a man to be happy and lemme tell you, men will only make you more miserable #lesson11
@NanaKor23317759 I get my main news from twitter trending headlines and certain accounts I know are trustworthy. I check the Quebec covid stats every day from this one journalist from Montreal
I didn’t grow up watching Disney movies, my parents just never really showed them to me and to this day I’ve only seen a handful of them which people always find super weird but I’m gonna be honest I just really hate everything about Disney #lesson11
@melissa_lemme@CelesteMaiorana I feel like this is a dangerous way to think. You shouldn’t be afraid to voice your opinions as long as you firmly believe in them and have sufficient knowledge to back up what you’re saying.
@Jordaneduc3071 I feel like it’s not really about knowledge, you can easily do very minimal research to find a reputable source or petition or link or anything to post to your millions of followers
Celebrities are given such a large platform when it comes to social media and I get kind of annoyed when huuuuge name celebrities don’t take advantage of that to spread awareness on important issues or choose to remain silent.
