@lesmisofficial Specifically booked tickets for Sunday 5 January evening performance because wanted to see Alfie Boe. Travelled up from Lincs, battled the winter weather but he was a no show :( Very disappointed
@virginmedia This is a clear data breach on your part and after the web chat earlier this month it should have been resolved. My mum did not have an account with you so I have no idea why you are sending these emails to her account. Please make them stop!
Hey @virginmedia why are you still sending my deceased mother emails addressed to someone else and including their bank details? Having to sort this for the second time is annoying and very upsetting. Please explain.
@virginmedia FYI this email is not addressed to my mum nor does it include her bank details. She's been dead 18 months and as my mum is deceased she doesn't have an account with you. We have received multiple emails like this over the last month and I was assured the matter was resolved.

Hey @virginmedia why are you sending my deceased mother multiple emails regarding someone else’s account and installation. Pretty sure this is a data breach on your part even though your call centre team say it’s my fault 😳 FYI my mum didn’t have a Virgin Media account.
@virginmedia Your team suggested I reach out to the named person (who I don’t know or never heard of) and ask them to phone customer service to remove my mum’s details 😳 this has been very upsetting. My mum did live at the property but moved 3 years before she died.
