Final message - the folks without the test have now been allowed to board the aircraft. I feel like a fool, I have had to pay for an overpriced covid test as well as half the flight, please can you tell me when I will expect to have a refund and how to get this?

@easyJet URGENT. hi easyJet can you tell me where it states that I require a lateral flow test to travel to Germany being fully vaccinated from the UK? I’m about to miss my flight because your rude airport staff telling me it’s required.

I didn’t realise you repair people couldn’t spread covid. You also have 7 people (as well as the rest of us fools) who didn’t realise they needed tests and are not allowing to board. Can you please tell me what you’ll do about this?

@easyJet hi, i had several flights booked between end of March - beginning May. I was given the option of cancelling all flights with a full refund which I opted for on the 18th March. Nearly a month on, is there any reason I have not got a single refund

@British_Airways @British_Airways can you arrange a call back then? How on earth is she supposed to contact you otherwise? We get cut off on the phone every time. She can even use my Twitter if needed......
