UPDATE: We have arrested a 22-year-old man in Boston, this afternoon, on suspicion of murder. He is currently in police custody.

This follows the death on Thursday of nine-year-old Lillia Valutyte.

Something else you might need a little reminder about, is self care. What we do is physically & mentally demanding, in any role or speciality. Don’t forget to unplug, unwind & look after you, however you want to. Rest is hard to get right, but it’s essential. #MentalHealthMatters
