@TMobile HELP!! I was a Sprint customer for 22 years, now have made 3 trips to TMobile store to get the new SIM card installed in my iphone 11. It WONT RECOGNIZE IT! At least 10 attempts made. Still recognizes Sprint sim card. Their suggestion: trade in for new cel. I DONT WANT a new one!

In total HELL right now, 22 year #Sprint customer, at @TMobile store to migrate service. Spent 3 HOURS on phone w/customer service, they told me to go IN PERSON to store, who are saying NOPE, Sprint Legacy dept made offer, THEY need to handle the lease forgiveness they PROMISED/1
