@AdriWin68244@jaredwright17 This is exactly what I saw too. I agree what eben etzebeth did was totally out of order but what exactly provoked it needs to be reviewed too. I would say the same if the incident was teams reversed.
@TK_HelpDesk Thank you. As frustrating as it is the concern is the lack of staff availability/assistance or food vouchers or safe space or flight alternative offered for a 7 hour delay. Very unusual. Simply we can refund you your connecting flight and leave you stranded.

CCTV footage we have has helped piece together Jack’s route but cell site data wld confirm his phone’s route & add to what we know.
It’s VITAL to have this information but EE won’t give it up. On what legal grounds they haven’t said.
