@AnnB03 @NinaPanickssery @NanWiegand My MIL moved from Canada and bought a house 1.5mi from us so that she could watch our baby whenever we need (we both work) and she won’t let us pay her because she loves doing it so much. We’re very fortunate, but I know all of my grandparents watched us for free too and loved it
