@Avis This feels like daylight robbery — my money was taken through wrongful charges and my personal data was leaked due to your negligence. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about being financially and digitally looted after renting a car.
@Avis I was informed 10–15 mins before pickup that the car I booked wasn’t available—so why accept the online booking at all? My trip was sabotaged, I was forced to take faulty replacement cars, got wrongly charged for fuel & tolls, and my data was leaked. I want a full refund.

Booked one car, got another with no prior notice. @Avis waits till the last moment so you have no choice. Overcharged, added fees I never opted for, and poor response from customer support. Cars poorly maintained too.
