Gotta love when you rent a car from @Avis to attend your best friend’s celebration of life event and your car blows a tire enroute and now @Avis won’t reimburse you for the total cost of the tire I paid for after 2 months of waiting on them. Quality customer service. #AVISfail

Booked one car, got another with no prior notice. @Avis waits till the last moment so you have no choice. Overcharged, added fees I never opted for, and poor response from customer support. Cars poorly maintained too. Never renting from Avis again. #AvisFail #NeverTakeCars

Not sure who cares to hear about this, but to remind myself later… do not rent a car from @Avis at the Detroit airport… It’s taking longer to get a car from the “express assign area” than it did to fly here. Over an hour, after I paid! #rental #AvisFail #Avis #NeverAgain

Absolutely appalled @Avis. Contacted you shortly after rental car was hit—my baby suffered a concussion. Tried for hours to report accident & avoid extra charges. Passed around endlessly, no ownership, no care, then overcharged. Seeking refund for wasted time & effort. #AvisFail
