We were caught in the middle of a wildfire in France on early hours of 9th July. Our 12:15pm flight from Marseille was cancelled at 3:43am CET. The airport was shut briefly. Roads were blocked. We had to act fast — and rebook 🛫&drop our @avis rental car in Nice for safety. (1/5)
