@IRCTCofficial had raised a support request through your equery portal to get my mobile number updated on 17th. Received a response on 18th asking for some document which I shared within 2 hours. Yet the ticket was closed on 19th citing "no response received". What sham is this!
@SCRailwayIndia@RailMinIndia train no. 12589 is stuck b4 Kazipet for more than 6 hrs now. No updates given to passengers, no water in the washroom, and drinking water is also not available. Plz help the passengers and arrange alternate means to send them to their destination.

@goairlinesindia booked a non-stop 2-hr flight b/n LKO-HYD 4 months ago which has now been changed to 13-hr long flight. Dropped a mail to cs to cancel the ticket & provide a full refund but didn't get any response, nor does your cs number work. Can I expect to see my money back?
Shameful practice by @TataSky. Requested for installation of Tata Sky. Got a call from a lady from customer care who asked if the technician visited the premises and then asked for OTP that was sent on the phone to close the request. But the OTP was for activation of a new pack.
NCR roads are full of such vehicles. @gurgaonpolice@DelhiPolice why is there no fear of law in people? why don’t you take action against them? @cmohry@ArvindKejriwal if you guys get some time from your petty politics please do something about law and order in NCR. @HTGurgaon
