@tednaiman It's a neat and helpful way to point to a better diet, but.. how about essential fatty acids? Fat is not just energy, but has essential stuff for our body?

1. Eat less meat and more vege to lose weight. Must eat fibre.
2. Fruits are good and not sugar, it won’t make you fat.
3. Got to do cardio (or at least move your body) to lose weight.
@CalkaPeter@S0REL0SER@apowersurfer@VeganRecovering@tednaiman I did 4d dry fasting and, while it was tough mentally and physically, i knew at no point was my life at risk. At the end of the fast I drank water and went to gym to lift some decent weights. Almost all my strength came back.

Keyword is pandemic, and that is exactly what governments around the world are trying to prevent COVID-19 from becoming.
