Most of our patients are private sector, and rely on medical aid schemes for the most part - now to consider the adaptability of the tech considering other softwares already in place and tailored for the private players and their specific needs.

✔️montelukast is used for the maintenance treatment of asthma; exercise-induced bronchospasm; and allergic rhinitis. It is not useful for acute asthma attacks.

✔️montelukast works as a leukotriene receptor antagonist (D4); blocking the action of leukotriene D4 in the lungs leading to decreased inflammation and relaxation of smooth muscle.

✔️montelukast is associated with neuropsychiatric adverse effects. Common side effects include abdominal pain, cough, and headache. It can also elevate liver enzymes.

Running a business in Zimbabwe is depressing. You receive a payment from Kenya and declare all your invoices to the bank then wake up to an email saying explain your relationship with a NGO client from outside Zim because FIU is looking at a possible terrorism financing for a payment that can’t even buy 2 Honda fits. But l do consultancy and everything is clear so is this necessary?
What else do you need besides invoices and proof that services were rendered. The next day you receive a threat saying if you fail to explain, we will freeze the specific payment and l said ok. Then l asked , out of interest, l asked “so what happens next, do you send it back to the payer through their corresponding bank” and they said no, it is handled by FIU.
Basic accounting, what do they do with that money and why should businesses be scrutinised for payments less than 10k when they declared everything you ask for. Not everyone is used to paying bribes because in a normal business how do you account for that bribe when the payment is less than the invoice.
This is not it 💔🚮.
