🚨 LUNCH PLANS 🚨
Following a personal invite from the General Manager after last week’s Southwest Region Sandwich Platter Mega Buffet, I’m heading to Jersey Mike’s for a Giant California Club for lunch tomorrow.🥪
Excited to compete in front of the Jersey Mike’s staff 🔥

You 6’2 and below high school point/shooting guards with zero offers going into your junior/senior year would make really good Receivers & DBs.. & you’ll get offered over here.. But, keep hoopin’ & miss out on free education if ya want! #JustSayin 🤷🏽♂️..
LSU QB1 with the BASICS on an upper body push + pull + rotational power day.

Entitlement is the enemy of progress - it's the delusion of earning without earning.
Tonight - Grateful for another opportunity to earn the trust of my athletes at ASU 7's and 5's
@GHSTIGERSAZ
Players,
If your coach moves you to a different position, don’t take it personally.
He’s probably not moving you away from the field, he’s trying to find the spot that gives you the best chance to get on it.
Trust the process. Compete.
“If you can throw for 500 yards on somebody, you’re probably going to win the game. But if you can run for 500, you’re guaranteed to win the game and it takes their soul.”
- Rich Rodriguez
@JustGusPD No point in going undefeated and winning league… why win league when you can take 2nd or 3rd and be placed at a lower division at a higher seed and have a chance to win NCS? No High school kid will ever care what division they won it all in… all that matters is they won NCS
The #1 mistake high school coaches make:
Stopping strength training when the season starts.
2x/week at maintained intensity during the season = preserved strength, preserved power, FEWER injuries.
The science is clear. The practice isn’t.
Your PE licensure isn't a strength coach credential, because 75% of PE teachers serving in strength roles average a 45% score on a validated S&C knowledge assessment.
That's not an opinion. That's Kern et al., 2024.
“Your PE licensure isn’t a strength coach credential” isn’t said by me to be mean. It’s about the fact that PE teacher prep doesn’t teach how to be a strength coach. There is a gap. That gap is a problem high school strength systems solves.
@clh_strength Transportation- Uber if no Ubers are available use Bolt.
Pick Pocketers- wouldn’t stress about them honestly just be aware of surroundings.
Food- Small! Tapas order 2-3 at a time then get more but definitely try everything. Would recommend Oxtail
Payments- use your CC, no cash
If 95% of your teammates are showing growth and development, and you’re not… don’t come complain to me.
You won’t like that conversation.
You get what you put into the weight room every single day. You can’t hide from the process. You can’t cheat the weight room.
Eventually, it will expose you!
Thank you Coach @Fredguidici1 from @SanJoseStateFB for coming by and chatting with @chasepierre6 and @DeyseanAkins They’re looking forward to staying in touch!
Also for showing some love to our lady Viking behind us! Girls flag football is also on the rise here at Montgomery🏈
