This misconception comes occasionally, so I thought I’d address it.

In Cyberpunk RED, medical grade cyberware (functional prosthetic arms, artificial hearts, etc) do not cause Humanity Loss. Neither does gender affirmation bodysculpting/surgery.

For me transitioning is almost entirely biological. Ive always been drawn to masc styling, but how i feel in my body, the distinction in how clothes hug me and what outfits infer is so vast between sexes. being a masc man feels like death. being a masc woman feels so beautiful.
