What’s going on @Telstra in have now spent two phone calls, and almost 2 hours to resolve a fault with my internet service delivered on the @NBN_Australia Telstra blames nbn , nbn blames Telstra. I don’t care I buy a service from Telstra not @NBN_Australia

@Telstra Spent another hour on the phone trying to get something out of them. i have logged a complain and have an incident number. The service that you have provided me is not what is being advertised. Your service is falsely advertised as a 100mb service

@HemaMaps your support guy contacted me as there is a bug. The software hema explorer is not fit for purpose as I cannot load topographical maps, and the top bad too sad to email you sent me is not acceptable. @fairtradingqld The product is not fit for purpose.

@HemaMaps I bought the hema explorer app and it keeps crashing when trying to install the topographic layers. This app is useless to with out the topographic maps
