Can only speculate that the reason may be to do with income levels but the National Travel Survey shows 83 % of cyclists own cars, which is a percentage point higher than the number of non-cyclists who own cars.

@thebowski4 @PhinHarper @d11n__ I think the photos we are shown are aesthetic but don't do it justice in terms of explaining the technical aspects. It's A rated for energy, so will have decent glazing, and no doubt many other aspects required for a comfortable, practical and healthy home.

@jonas1015119neu @PhinHarper It's the north side of Palma, by the ring road) it doesn't look out of place relative to nearby buildings. It's EPC A rated, it will have good glazing. I'd say the photography is poor as it fails to show us the more technical aspects we seek in such a forum.
