@chefsevenn I marinate ribeyes in Worcestershire sauce for 30-45 minutes, flipping once in a while, then Montreal Steak seasoning, both sides, seared each side on hot grill plate, then on grill to temp (medium rare), take off 5 degees before true MR, cover with foil for 5 min. No sauce.
