The recent phone call from @NoBroker_in was nothing but a mere formality. Instead of solutions, I received bot-like, rehearsed scripts explaining "the process" while my plan ticks closer to expiry. This is blatant stalling and I have lost all trust in your services.

I demand one of two immediate resolutions:

1. Share the direct contact details and email IDs of these alleged "leads" your team is working on, so I can close the deal myself.

2. Pre-close my Super Relax Plan today and initiate a full refund.

If neither is done immediately, I will escalate this to the Consumer Forum, seeking significant compensation for the mental agony, time wasted and financial loss your deficiency of service has caused.

@makemytrip shown utter irresponsibility towards customer. Their grievance team couldn't resolve #Ebola related cancellation grievance in 4 months forcing me to approach Consumer Court with hope of refund. Never use MMT as an intermediary service provider. @jagograhakjago

The @NoBroker_in customer support loop:

❌ Ignore the seller for months (Zero buyers/visits for my flat).
❌ Reply on Twitter with a generic "give us time."
❌ Do absolutely nothing for 48 hours.
❌ Reply again with "please be assured we are looking into it."
❌ Go completely silent when asked for proof of actual work done.

They are just buying time with copy-paste replies until my plan expires. It is a masterclass in stalling to let a customer's paid plan expire without delivering the service.

It has been 48 hours since your last generic message.

Please detail the exact steps your team has taken in the past two days to sell my property. Who has the FRM contacted? What marketing corrections have been made? Why are there still zero property visits scheduled?

I don’t want more "please be assured" platitudes. I want a transparent, point-by-point update on what actual work was done in the last 48 hours.

It has been over 48 hours since this generic reply and absolutely NO ONE has contacted me. Zero response. You asked for time, yet absolutely no action has been taken in the last two days to actually sell my property. It is all fake. Since there is zero accountability and you are clearly just stalling while my plan ticks away, my next step is filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum.
