@virginmedia outrageous that we’ve been getting speeds of 1 and 2 Mbps since the weekend in SE London. No apology, no proactive notification. Fix scheduled for 1 December. Impossible to speak to anyone. Unusable service. Will you compensate us all?
@virginmedia I received a txt earlier saying that an engineer was working on a fix, then immediately afterwards a text that the issue had been fixed, but it hasn’t. Now the status dashboard shows again “intermittent signal in your area”, check back in 21 h.
@TSB I’ve been trying to speak to anyone since last night for a case of application fraud but it’s impossible to get through to anyone. Can you please help?

@theleoalexandru You make many good points in your thread, but making up your mind within 9 minutes of an interview poses a significant risk of unconscious bias being a dominant factor in the decision. On top of that, not all candidates are able to show their best in just 9 minutes.
When you start managing someone, use your 1:1s in the first couple of weeks to understand their Context. Most new managers focus solely on Content (projects/goals/blockers). But Context + Content lets you move faster from Rapport to Credibility to Trust.
