If bankers have to work whole week (bcz on holidays bankers have to work for many campaign) why not every department work like that if they can not why only bankers.We also are human stress ,family ,health everything we also need 🙏

Dear finance minister u say govt bank and not COOL ,u think why not because we have to handle mass with little infrastructure and human resource. We are not cool bcz we became anti social due to working whole week many time on holidays too.

If RBI, SEBI, LIC, IRDAI and Government offices follow a 5-day work week,
why are bank employees still forced to work on Saturdays ❓
Banks are not an exception — we are part of the same system, governed by the same regulators and policies.

Yet, bank employees continue to face unequal working conditions, mounting stress, and denial of work-life balance.
📌 5-Day Banking is not a luxury. It is a right.
📌 It was agreed in principle and recorded, yet remains unimplemented.
📌 Delay is injustice.

1. There will be a change in the basic structure of rural banks.
