@airtelindia@TRAI My MNP has been rejected by Airtel 6 times without any reason. Last time I had shown the letter also at their Airtel store and they said it’s fine. This is just harassment from Airtel. Airtel is doing this on purpose.

More than 50% of the heart attacks in India occur amongst those below 50 years of age. One of the reasons behind this is our high palm consumption.
Till the early 1990s, India was self-sufficient in edible oils. But today, India is the world’s largest importer of palm oil in the world and we import around Rs. 50,000 crore of palm oil every year.
Thankfully, there are 2 simple ways we can reduce palm oil usage which I have highlighted in this video.
Let us join hands and reduce our palm oil usage which will help 1) reduce India’s import burden 2) improve our health 3) protect the environment!

Bread in India is a big joke! There are two types of bread in India. One which is openly unhealthy (white bread), and the second type (brown, multigrain, wholewheat) which pretend to be healthy when they are not!
Till a few decades ago, bread wasn't as common in India. But now it is commonly used by Indians for breakfast sandwiches, school tiffins, and snacks!
If you have 2 slices of bread a day, you have more than 700 slices in a year. Make sure you pick the right one!
In 90 seconds, I share the difference between brown vs multigrain vs wholewheat bread and how to find healthy bread in India!
