@meesho_support My issue is not yet resolved.
1. I did not receive my prepaid order
2. Amount prepaid for the product was not refunded in spite of the product non delivered.
3. Got call from customer support who in turn told me that due to fair use policy your amount can not be refunded

"I am Subedar XXXXXXXYYYY. Yesterday I had to go to Delhi from Jabalpur for an official assignment. It was raining in Jabalpur. The AC coach I boarded looked as if it enjoyed the newly hit rain. Within no time cold and cough caught me. I booked a medical emergency with the help of *RAIL MADAD* app. Cough was in no mood to stop. It attacked me severely entire ni and I was unable to sleep. Honestly speaking there was no space for much hope. I cursed the monsoon under the blanket. But at the next station to my surprise a doctor came to my berth, checked me and gave me medicines. *Medicine was FREE OF COST*. Doctor took Rs 100/- as consultation fee. I am sharing this experience to everyone notice to know such facilities of Indian railways.. Do not forget to install Rail Madad app in your mobile phone while traveling by train..... Thank You. Jai Hind. Jai Bharath...Jai Indian Railways"
