@TataCLiQCare Surya the only update should be refund credited to my tata cliq cash account. I am fed up of shody service provided by tata cliq & the courier company & this is not the 1st time it has happened. I see no improvement at all since then. @jagograhakjago@ConsumerRightX

@TataCLiQCare Surya during our conversation I clearly stated that time was till Monday to deliver the product (which was stated by your social media member in their post) to have been delivered on 16th & I said to cancel the order & refund the whole amount of 1229 to cliq cash by end of today

So it's better you complete the process of refund. You nor delivery have any clue what's happening & you expect a custoner to bear with your ineffiency. Not acceptable.

@TataCLiQCare It's beyond 4.30pm now & there is no news about my order no. 135552220 & AWB NO. 1737218847495. If it's not delivered by today then I want a refund of the full amount including your convenience fee as it's more than 72 hours past the scheduled order date of 16th.
