🟠 #BREAKING ONE NATION LEADS VICTORIA ON 27% AND PAULINE HANSON NOW HAS CANDIDATES FOR UP TO 76 OF THE 88 SEATS 🟠

Pauline Hanson says One Nation has locked in candidates for up to 76 of Victoria's 88 seats, picked from 1,200 applications, and she'll name them within days along with a full suite of policies.

Look at what Victorians are otherwise being offered. The Liberals are led by Jess Wilson, who at 36 has been in parliament less than four years and has never held a ministry. Labor's new Premier Ben Carroll has sat at the cabinet table since 2018 and voted for every decision that built the debt, without once speaking against any of it.

The voters have noticed. A RedBridge poll of 6,500 Victorians, done for Victorian Trades Hall, puts One Nation in front on 27%, one point clear of the Coalition and Labor, tied on 26%.

There is no box to select 'Judaism' or 'Christianity' on the census this year.

There will be a box to select 'Islam'.

Jews will have to write in their religion in a separate box while Christians can choose from several selected denominations or they will need to write in 'Christian'.

Islam also has different denominations EG Sunni or Shia yet the generic term 'Islam' is provided with a box.

The first box will be given to 'No religion'.

In our estimation this will contribute to an undercount of both Jews and Christians while making it easy for some to just tick a box will likely lead to higher numbers selecting those options.

The census has an important impact on funding and planning for Australia's future. Who stands to gain from this choice of lay-out?

Per Fiona Brown's Federal Court claim against the commonwealth: Scott Morrison told parliament they had spoken about Brittany Higgins. They never had, and the encounter left her "frightened and intimidated"

His chief of staff John Kunkel withheld the media's questions to her, Press secretary Andrew Carswell sent out statements in her name she was never shown and senior men like Yaron Finkelstein were protected while she was thrown under the bus.

Meanwhile Brittany Higgins, whose cover up story two judges later found was false, got $2.4m from Labor in a one-day mediation that Linda Reynolds was barred from attending.

Brown's settlement is confidential. So is the Higgins deed. Taxpayers funded both, all flowing from a story two judges found was false, and we can see neither.

This is another clear example of how easily a false accusation can destroy a life.
In September 2005, 28-year-old William McCaffrey met 22-year-old Biurny Peguero during a night out in Upper Manhattan. By the next morning, she had told police he raped her at knifepoint.
There was no physical evidence of rape, yet he was still convicted and sentenced to 20 years. He served nearly 4 years before the truth came out.

The Accusation:
On the night of September 17 into the early morning of September 18, 2005, Biurny was out drinking with friends in the Inwood section of Manhattan. She left them and got into a vehicle with William and some companions.
Later that morning, she got into a physical fight with a female friend, which left her with bruises and a bite mark.

She went to a hospital in Jersey City and reported that William and others had kidnapped her and raped her at knifepoint. The only marks on her body were the ones from the fight with her female friend. There was no DNA or other forensic evidence linking William to any sexual assault.

The Conviction:
In October 2006, a jury in New York County Supreme Court convicted William of rape, kidnapping, and related charges. The case rested almost entirely on Biurny’s testimony. The judge sentenced him to 20 years in prison, meaning he would still be behind bars today had it not been for a stunning turn of events.

The DNA Evidence:
In 2008, more advanced testing was performed on the saliva from the bite mark. The DNA came from a female. It could not have come from William.
Even with that result, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office refused to support vacating the conviction.

The Confession:
In March 2009, Biurny went to confession at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Union City, New Jersey. She told the priest, Rev. Zeljko Guberovic, that she had fabricated the entire rape story.

She apparently expected the ritual to end quietly right there, but the priest refused. He told her the only way to make it right was to get a lawyer and get the man out of prison. He pushed her to act.

She then went to the Manhattan District Attorney’s office and formally recanted. She admitted the injuries came from the fight with her female friend and that the rape claim was a lie.

Exoneration:
William was released on bail in September 2009. On December 10, 2009, the same judge who had sentenced him, Justice Richard Carruthers, vacated the conviction and dismissed all charges. The judge expressed personal regret for the injustice. That same month, Biurny pleaded guilty to perjury.

In a January 2010 interview with ABC7 Eyewitness News reporter Sarah Wallace, William was asked if he was not forgiving her. He replied, “I did hard time, very hard time. I don’t forgive her, but I understand.”
On what it was like to be labeled a rapist in prison, he said, “Being a rapist, every day worried about your safety. Every day was like a battlefield.”
Asked whether Biurny should go to prison herself, he replied, “That’s difficult because I’ve been there, it’s terrible. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy, but I think she did something wrong. She told a terrible lie, so we will just have to see what happens.”

In February 2010, she was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in prison.

Aftermath:
In October 2012, William received $425,000 from the state of New York.
In January 2015, he settled a federal civil rights claim for an additional $700,000.
He died on November 22, 2018, at the age of 41. Those close to him noted that the years of wrongful imprisonment and the lasting stigma of the rape conviction never truly left him.

A single false accusation, backed by no physical evidence of rape, was enough to send an innocent man to prison for nearly 4 years and leave him carrying the damage until his death at 41.
The woman who made the claim received 1 to 3 years for perjury, which is by no means justice, given what was done to him. Even that limited accountability only happened because a priest refused to let her confession remain private.

A woman destroyed a man’s life just because she did not want to admit to her friends that she ditched them. I cannot make this up.

The people who were paying attention were right the whole time.

Buried on page 77 of Labor's draft National Platform is clause 49: Labor will consider regulating "across all media" so ACMA has "the appropriate tools to act to prevent media bias."

That would put newspapers, video, talk-back, websites and independent publishers under a government appointed regulator for the first time. Who decides what counts as bias? A board appointed by the government of the day.

Labor tried this with the misinformation bill and the Senate killed it in 2024. Now it's in the party's own platform. One Nation senator Tyron Whitten found it and said Australians deserve to speak freely without fear of government interference.

That's because the majority of female school teachers are biased against boys.

This effect occurs in all Western countries and is used as a basis to encourage women to participate in the STEM track in high school and college.

When the grading is done in a gender blind manner, boys generally score higher.

This distorted feedback in grading will lead to inflated confidence in subjects like math, and girls will end up in an education track that is mismatched with their cognitive capabilities.

This bias exists even with male school teachers, since many are towing the pro-women ideological line.

Women can be just as intelligent as men.

But there's one major factor - a lack of interest in intellectual subjects.

It's 2026. Nearly every girl has a smartphone.

Yet if you visit channels about technology, science, history, infrastructure, finance, or similar topics, you'll find that more than 90 percent of the audience is men.

Women simply don't seem to be interested in these subjects.

The best example is smartphones themselves. Almost every woman uses one, yet phone review channels have audiences that are around 95 percent male.

So why is there so little interest in intellectual subjects?

On the other hand, makeup videos, celebrity drama, gossip, and similar content have audiences that are overwhelmingly female.

Another example is concerts. Most concertgoers are women, but when it comes to women's sports, most of the viewers are men.

Why aren't more women watching and supporting women's sports?

It suggests that, on average, men and women tend to have very different interests.
