@SUBWAY just went to get my lunch, couldn’t get a salad as they had no bowls and then couldn’t get mayo after everything as they were out of that too and it’s only just 12pm. By the time I realised they didn’t have anything I wanted it was too late and I’m very disappointed.

@Pret Today my keep cup was handed to another customer who took my drink. The staff eventually got it back and washed it and got me another drink however the staff were more apologetic to the man who took my drink than me. As a regular I thought I’d have been treated better!
